Returns are accepted within 21 days after receiving an item. Item(s) must be returned in the same original condition as sold. All boxes, receipts, certificates, and/or documentation must be returned as well.

Refunds given as money back, store credit, or exchange (customer’s choice).

Absolutely no refunds will be given for bullion and bullion related products (gold, silver and platinum).

Items that have been altered will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

We recommend United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express with signature confirmation and full insurance. Items valued over $1,000 should be sent using a 1-day shipping service. Forward us the tracking number and make sure the package can be tracked and confirmed online.
Please note, we do not refund return shipping costs. We are not responsible or held liable for any missing or lost packages when returning.
